We understand that each our client is unique so we analyse each case individually and apply the most suitable development methdology and cooperation model for the client needs.
Development Methodologies
Agile
As a base methodology, we apply Agile approach which expects designing and building the solution through regular delivery and continuous functionality improvements with permanent collaboration between our development team and client’s product owners.
Scrum
When possible we set up an iterative and incremental Scrum methodology for managing project development to address changing and fuzzy requirements and assure as reach iteration delivery as possible with given team velocity.
Waterfall
Waterfall methodology is still applied for well-defined fixed-price projects when predicted and carefully planned delivery schedule is required and/or there is limited possibility for a client to participate in the development process.
Cooperation Models
Dedicated team
For long-term projects, we encourage our clients to use Dedicated Team model which proposes fixed monthly fee per engineer. Assuming guaranteed workload such model is more beneficial for a client than paying hourly rates.
Fixed Price
For projects with clearly defined scope and schedule we can propose Fixed Price model which guarantees the price and simplifies budgeting for the client. Though such price may include possible risks which makes it more expensive than other models.
Time & Material
In case of unstable workload or periodical tasks, it makes sense to proceed on Time & Material model. This approach expects a bit higher price per hour than in the case of Dedicated Team but the clients pay as they go only for really performed hours.
